Vedic Astrology:-Significance of the Place of Living in Horoscope Analysis

(This is a personal mail received by me from Mr. Manoj one of my esteemed clients. I find here some food for thought for the research Astrologers. I publish his random thoughts for the benefit of my readers.Your comments are most welcome.)

Although astro-predictions and the subject matter is handled with utmost care and calculated on the basis of the birth chart and the path ahead, its important for any individual to understand that his/her life should not be taken for granted etc. Once long back during 1990's a course of discussion with a similarly learned astrologer, who was sort of employed in his profession stated that’ look Its not important for a person to know his future etc. neither the future happenings can be predicted but, its only a schedule like if 'A" and "B' boards a train to a specific destination, and "A" for instance has a schedule with him which says, where all the train passes by, what time it would reach the final destination, how long will it take etc etc., and B has simply boarded and is completely unaware of the running, in both the scenario, both A & B would reach their destinations in the stipulated time frame , but the difference is 'A' was aware of the running of the train and the stations covered and could guide his journey well and could sleep and pack correctly to de-board , while be had absolutely no preparations and when found everyone getting down, he also de-boarded on arrival of the destination.” I realised that what he said is very true in terms of believing in astrology and the predictions etc.
An average mentality of any individual here specially in a city where we live, a job, the salary, the comfort zone like the PF etc. IT returns and the individual's LIC is what person considers as his comfort level of running the show, the moment there is a bit of shaky thing happening, the individual is worried on the regular bills that comes in the LIC premium and other regular fixed expenditure, and individual by no means can come out of that zone and do something which he/she always wanted to do, because we all live in a world, a society where in all the time its these petty issues man made dilemma where the person's life is caught up with it could be PAN card, id proof, address proof, lease rentals, EMIs, the need , the desire for endless things, catching up with the times,- the Internet, the mobile bills, change of address, filing IT returns and many such things, where most of us are caught up with year after year during our adulthood or the later part of life.
I often wonder when a child born into this world into the particular geographic location where in most the above mentioned scenarios are pre-defined by individuals who govern the activities of common livelihood, again all his later part of his/her life would be spent in ensuring that he/she possesses an I card , should hv a address proof and so on and forth and then take all that abuses that comes/his/her way and then stand to gain or loose in the battle for life.. Is the child born into the world, should actually have an LIC done ?
As I talked about the respective geographic region, currently being Delhi, what I see here is people ( common man) live with constant fear of being knocked down by vehicles, the vehicular population is maddening here and people run for LIC covers to protect their families from unforeseen circumstances .. My question to you is, because you could predict death on your own, so you should cover up yourself so that family could benefit, and also post death, the individual would not even know whether the wife actually got the sum, and since this is again a man made dilemma, the other individual ie, the wife has to run around again with ID proofs and death certificates to establish the death to get the benefits.. Again back to the school of thought raised in the first para, are we born into this world to realise benefits aren't we forced to live a structured life per se.. In another scenario, suppose a child is born into a fisherman's family and lives beside the sea say in GOA or in any marine drive, the circumstances and the geographic conditions might not apply as above, but again there would be a constant fear from the sea, one day the father might not return front the sea, what happens to the family's bread/ butter.and there is no LIC In the above two scenarios, the second one is quite appropriate one as it is not a man made disaster, man goes fights for his bread with the nature, and his life need to be insured most. As an individual, he might not even know how to go about to buy a policy for himself, unless the govt. Comes forward and does a group insurance or something..
So in a city the disaster is man made because the geographic area he is forced to live is similar activities wherein most of the individuals indulge in like job, driving to workplace, stuff like that and constantly ensuring everything is smooth at home and work place.. All predications and calculations might go hayware when disaster stucks and disaster is very simple in nature what I have seen is very very minor incidents here turns ugly, like road rage, neighbourhood fights, fights over parking, littering etc. people become abusive, the kind of deaths I have seen are like never heard before kind here in Delhi, I think even in a country like Pakistan barring the terror attacks, people do not fight to make a living, but here its like, a race, there are numerous services , activities, Truck drivers who get the vegetable from other states for them the life is very different altogether, every day when they cross the border from Haryana, they have to deal with some cops who stand there to collect their token money, sometimes they are beaten up and body thrown etc, no one ever comes to know, there is fight for land/property, property agents are shot dead here, people in other fields like jewellery shop owners, school owners, recently there was a news which I ready that a barber was shot dead, because of an enmity from his competitor in the same locality.. so what I see here is death is quite instant thing.. there is no second thought when it comes to eliminating someone, some news are reported others in-numerous cases people loose their lives without any solid reason..
So I think the geographic area where a person makes a living also becomes important when calculating predictions etc , in villages etc. in Kerala etc. people live long till the age of 80-90.. In a UP village, the scenario would be different, a person could be hacked to death by own family members because of unemployment and other dealings when the need for to make a living arises.. Women in North are unable to protect themselves from even their own family/ relatives, as they are raped and repeatedly molested and abused. Delhi alone over the years has seen it , call centre execs in the past incidents of rape and murders have just multiplied..
We talk about 8% growth scenario in our country keeping Delhi & Mumbai in mind only but in The interiors there is no scope for survival, with all the above scenarios on the Other hand a group of individuals who decide to live to on their own terms ( ie. Becoming gay/lesbians ) as if the struggle for life was not enough.. the minds change and lifestyles and people start directing their lives on their own, in such a scenario also, the predictions and calculations would not stand true for the individual..
Well those were some important points, I think Birth charts of the individual should not only be taken upon where he was born, but the larger portion of life where he has been spending and the conditions given the change in the people's mind set and thinking.. correct me if I am wrong.
